Purchasing Specialist
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining regular contact with foreign suppliers
- Negotiating prices, product requirements and lead time
- Evaluating products according to key technological criteria
- Issuing purchase orders on a regular basis
- Monitoring stock levels and value
- Analyzing product prices and competitive benchmarks
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read & review product specifications
- Ability to multitask in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and be open-minded
- High interpersonal skills
- Fluent Polish, English min B1+
- Driving license
- IT networks knowledge - nice to have 😊
KNOWLEDGE AND EDUCATION
- University degree in business, economics or other related fields
- Practical knowledge of ERP Systems
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (nice to know: macros for pivot tables)
- A minimum of 2 years’ purchasing experience
